As finance director, Jake manages the day-to-day operations of the business, including accounts queries, payroll and managing the company's IT infrastructure.

Jake completed his Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management in 2019 to ensure he is well placed to understand and manage all aspects of the company's operations from a health and social care perspective.

He is also involved in supporting members of the wider team.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, walking, playing golf and reading a (subjectively) interesting variety of books!
